一、主要适用范围及功能
符合GB/T1695-2005硫化橡胶工频电压击穿强度和耐电压强度试验GB/T 1408-2006 绝缘材料电气强度试验方法 GB/T3333 电缆纸工频电压击穿试验方法 HG/T 3330绝缘漆漆膜击穿强度测定法 GB12656 电容器纸工频电压击穿试验方法及ASTM D149 标准要求.主要适用于固体绝缘材料如：树脂和胶、浸渍纤维制品，塑料复合制品、薄膜、树脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、绝缘漆等介质在工频电压或直流电压下击穿强度和耐电压时间的测试。

二、软件程序控制功能：
1．该设备试验过程中可动态绘制出试验曲线，试验的曲线可以多种颜色迭加对比。
2．可对试验数据进行编辑修改，灵活适用；
3．试验条件及测试结果等数据可自动存储；
4．试验报告格式灵活可变，适用于不同用户的不同要求。&苍产蝉辫;
5．可对一组试验中曲线数据的有效与否进行人为选定。
6．试验结果数据可导入贰齿贰颁尝。

叁、设备安全保护功能：
1、设备要安装单独的保护地线，主要是减少试样击穿时对周围产生的较强的电磁干扰。也可避免控制计算机失控。
2、直流试验放电报警功能:在设备做完直流试验时,当开启试验门时设备会自动报警,直至使用设备上的放电装置放电后报警会自动取消.(注：因为直流试验后不放电会危险到人身安全,不能直接拿取电极,起到提醒使用人员放电以免造成人身伤害)。
3、增配试验手动放电装置，随主机为一体化，当直流试验过程中突然断电，可采用手动放电棒进行放电，保证试验人员的人身安全。
4、该试验设备的电路设有多项保护措施，主要有：过流保护、失压保护、漏电保护、短路保护、直流试验放电保护等。

叁、设备安全保护功能：
