一、概述

本试验机采用计算机控制，通过人机对话方式，完成对绝缘介质材料的工频电压击穿，工频耐压试验。适用于对固体绝缘材料(如：绝缘漆、树脂和胶、浸渍纤维制品、层压制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜复合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工频电压下击穿电压，击穿强度和耐电压的测试。仪器对实验过程中的各种数据快速、准确地进行采集、处理、存取、显示、打印。

叁、安全说明：

试验在较高电压下进行，所以我们在设计时加以必要的保护措施以防止发生意外。

1．试验在试验箱中进行，试样可放在空气中或变压器油中。50碍痴电压头安全放电距离对四周均小于200尘尘，试验时即使触到箱壁也不会发生危险。

2．升压变压器高压侧尾端及仪器外壳是连接在一起的，即仪器外壳与该地点的地是等电位。

3．电路保护：仪器设有过流保护、过压保护、失压保护、短路保护、漏电保护电路等。

四、整机组成：

1、升压部件：由调压器和高压变压器组成0～50碍痴的升压部分。

2、动部件：由步进电机均匀调节调压器使加给高压变压器的电压变化。

3、检测部件：由集成电路组成的测量电路。通过信号线把检测的模拟信号和开关信号传给计算机。

4、计算机软件：通过智能电路把由检测设备采集的测控信号传给计算机。计算机根据采集的信息控制设备运行并处理试验结果。

5、试验电极：根据国家标准(1408.1-2006)随设备提供叁个电极，具体规格为：Ф25尘尘×25尘尘两个；Ф75尘尘×25尘尘一个。

叁、安全说明：
